The Throbbing and Pounding in my head

Throb throb, pound pound, goes my head.
The pain is unreal, sight, sounds, light, NO NO,
it hurts to much,
HELP!!!!
Will it ever end?
Why has the throb throb and the pound pound taken over my life?
Will I ever regain my life back?
Maybe someday, must keep thinking positive.
These migraines can’t have total control all the time
Surely there must be an end to them, or help somewhere, somehow, I just can’t take to much of the pain, throbbing, and pounding going on in my head.
